The elves are getting very busy and things are really heating up in their workshop. Don’t worry though, it’s still cold outside and there’s plenty of snow up here in the North Pole. It’s a bit of a relief for me to see them getting busy. When those elves have time on their hands they get up to all sorts of mischief playing tricks on me and poor Mrs Claus. In fact, last week, Halloween in the North Pole involved more tricks than treats!
How about you? Did you go trick or treating? I’m sure you had lots of fun.

Now, that Halloween is over there’s only one big day to think about…25th December.
I bet a lot of you are busy making your Christmas wish lists and deciding on what you would like for Christmas. My good old friend, the Red Robin has been telling me he has seen some of you looking through the toy catalogues to help you make your decisions. He even said he saw some of you writing your letters. I cannot wait to read them. It’s one of my favourite jobs to do at Christmas. I’ve even got a few letters already, it was a lovely surprise.

Only a few weeks to go until I see you all for your Santa experience in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. I really cannot wait to see you all and to visit Enniscorthy Castle again this year. I had so much fun last year and Mrs Claus is still talking about how much she enjoyed meeting you all in her Traditional Sweet Shop.

I hear some of you are making a weekend of it and have booked your santa visit as part of the Hotel’s Sleepover Packages. What a wonderful idea !
I look forward to hearing all about the Hotel that you are staying in when I meet you in the Castle. Mrs Claus and I are always looking for Hotel recommendations for a little break in January when things are a bit quieter. I must ask Digital Elf to have a look on

Santa, Ho Ho Ho

We are getting busy up here in the North Pole. Our summer days of rest and relaxation are a distant memory. Much like you too, as I know some of you have all been very busy in your new classes in school. I’ve had a little word with some of your teachers and I was delighted to hear you are working
very hard at school and being kind to all your friends. And what about the boys and girls that started in preschool or big school this year? I am so proud of how grown up you have become. You are learning so much everyday. Well done! I promised your teachers I would check in again soon to see if everyone is keeping up the good work.

In my last letter I mentioned some very special evenings that are taking place in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford that I am really looking forward to. I am going to be meeting some very special children on our Sensitive Santa Tour. I know that some of you can find loud noises, big crowds and
unexpected surprises a little bit overwhelming. I don’t blame you to be honest. At my age I feel exactly the same! That is why we have a very special evening planned for you. I hear it’s going to be the best Santa experience for children with special needs that Wexford has ever seen. It has been developed especially for children with ASD and sensory processing needs and their families. We’ll leave the hustle and bustle that Christmas can sometimes bring behind.

You and your family will be able to come to Enniscorthy Castle and meet me in a relaxed and calm environment – just the way Mrs Claus and I like it. The evening will begin with a Social Story to help you to understand all the wonderful things you are going to be seeing and doing during your tour. You and your family will then be able to explore all the magical experiences that Santa’s Enchanted Castle has to offer, including some of my favourites, like Willy Wonka’s delicious Chocolate Factory and of course Mrs Claus’ Sweet Shop where you will be able to use your magic coins. I even heard some of the Paw Patrol puppies are taking some time off from their busy rescue work to meet you all.

Santa, Ho Ho Ho

I am so excited about coming back to Enniscorthy Castle again this year and meeting all the wonderful children. It’s always the best fun and I have such happy memories of our times in Co Wexford. Santa and the Elves are very busy getting everything ready for our trip to the Enchanted Castle in Enniscorthy, so I decided to put my feet up, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, a cookie or two and write you a letter on the blog machine. (A truly remarkable thing).

Well, I am delighted to say that I will have my Sweet Shop open again this year, full to the brim with yummy treats for all the girls and boys. My trusty tea/coffee machine is undergoing a service at the moment to ensure that it is ready to make a nice hot brew for the Adults, who will be delighted of it on such chilly evenings. I will be bringing my favourite story book with me to read some lovely fairytales to the girls and boys while they are waiting to visit Santa. We can also sing Christmas songs and dance. The Elves have been busy showing me their new dance moves for the boys and girls. So Funny !!

Now remember, Boys and Girls, in order to remain on Santa’s Nice List and avoid the dreaded Naughty List, you need to be very good and kind to each other. No pulling your sister hair, no bullying and please do what your parent’s ask you too. Be respectful to one another and help people in need. My trusty Robin (Special Santa Spy 008) keeps an eye on all the boys and girls and reports back to Santa Claus, so you have been warned.

Well, I better get back to my knitting. The Elves are all looking for new jumpers and with so many elves and such little time….I better get cracking !

Again, it’s coming to my busy time of the year and it won’t be long till Myself, the lovely Mrs Claus, Smelfie the Elf and his Merry Crew are making their way to Enniscorthy Castle. We are loading up all our tools and packing our bags as we speak. My most trusted Elf (Not Smelfie !) is getting the Magic Toy Machine ready to transport to the Castle. We are all so excited for our return to Enniscorthy to see all the girls and boys.

There will be so much to see and do in the Castle. The Elves and the grumpy Mr Scrooge (if we can tear him away from his money) will be giving you the grand tour of the Castle. You will see the Elves Workshop and the Magical Toy Machine. Be careful not to distract the Elves too much, they just love an excuse to take a break and chat, but with so many toys to make, we haven’t a moment to spare !

The Elves will take you through the Enchanted Forest where you will see some of my Disney friends. You will also be able to sneak into the Elves Bedroom and wake the elves. Ho Ho Ho. You will also get to visit the Frozen room, the Post room and then into Mrs Claus Sweet Shop, where she has  the most yummy treats. If you are really good, she will tell you a story.

Lastly, you will get to visit me and I can’t wait to meet you all. My Magic Selfie Mirror is being polished as we speak and getting ready to be transported to Enniscorthy Castle. The Elves are forever taking pictures of themselves – they just love the camera.

Well better get back to work. Lots of packing and organising to be done in advance of our Trip to Enniscorthy.

I hope you are enjoying my website and you are excited to come visit me and my friends at the castle soon.
The castle was filled with wonderful characters and some of my friends came to see me. They were very excited about the castle. Many Enniscorthy people came for lovely chats about the town and drank tea. Check out my selfie with Queen Elsa and Olaf who also visited the castle.
Elsa wanted to cover the castle in ice but I told her it would be too cold so I think she will add a small touch of magic instead. Olaf wanted lots of fires burning. He makes me chuckle alot.

I was also chatting to the wonderful people of Treacys Hotel close to the castle. They are very excited of my visit and want people to visit from far and wide. “If the little boys and girls want a sleepover their Gran can come for free too! So all the family can enjoy their trip to the castle!” said Sharon, Treacys very own elf.

I’m off to sneak into the kitchen now when Mrs Claus is having a nap. She has just baked another big batch of gingerbread biscuits and will go down very nicely with a big cup of hot chocolate. Ssssh don’t tell her though. HoHoHo!
